Debbie Kurtz
President, Owner
Debbie is a respected expert in the field of economic development marketing and in the practices of direct marketing. She has carved out a niche in designing and implementing business development strategies that address the specific needs of economic developers and offers clients more than 19 years of sales and marketing management experience.
Prior to starting 310 Ltd. in 1999, Mrs. Kurtz worked as the marketing manager for the Virginia Economic Development Partnership. While in this position, she established an in-house market outreach program that contributed to the creation of jobs and inward investment to the state. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Christopher Newport University and a Master’s degree from the University of North Carolina.
Karen Paulding
Vice
President of Client Services/Operations
Karen’s responsibilities
include client relationship management,
data research and compilation, sector
analysis and daily project oversight.
Karen joined 310 Ltd. in 2000 as
manager of research and continues to
oversee this most important service
component of 310 Ltd.
She holds a Bachelor of Science
in Computer Networking from Strayer
University.
She has been involved in
large-scale marketing projects for 310
Ltd’s domestic and international
clients.
A 25-year veteran of the telecom industry, John brings his skills to 310 Ltd. His managerial experience in some of the biggest telecommunications Fortune 500 companies heightens 310
Ltd's insight into the thinking of executive level decision makers.
John's responsibilities include client
development, research and data analysis. A Wisconsin native, he holds his bachelor's degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
With almost a decade in employee
communication support services, Chris’
intimate knowledge of back office operations
and corporate training for national retail
giant Wal-Mart now produce effective
approaches for 310 Ltd. call analysts
speaking with decision makers of back
office/shared service operations.
An 18-year
veteran of Industrial Manufacturing, Jim
brings his skills of international sales,
operations, finance, and supply chain
management experiences with one of the most
prominent Dow-Jones Industrial Fortune 500
companies in the US.
Jim’s responsibilities include
client development, research and data
analysis for both domestic and international
clients of 310 Ltd.
A New York native, he holds his
bachelors from State Of New York – New
Paltz.
A 24-year veteran of the Consumer
Packaged Goods Food Industry, Mitch brings
to 310 Ltd. his managerial and operational
experience in one of the biggest frozen
foods packaging and manufacturing companies
in the United States. This experience and
his certified training in APICS logistics
management heightens 310 Ltd’s insight
into the thinking of executive level
decision makers.
A New York native, he holds his
bachelor's degree from The State University
of New York in Brockport. Mitch is
responsible for the identification of new
market opportunities for 310 Ltd’s
domestic and FDI international clients.
